Ultrasoft Brush sueding machine - for open width knitted and woven fabrics
Product description: - This machine allows easy reproduce ability of the sueding effects even by unqualified staff. Lengthwise fabric tension is automatically adjusted by various load cells controlled by the computer in order to ensure the sueding uniformity.

Drum And Sueding Brushes
The drum carries the sueding brushes made of special abrasive coated filaments. Speed of the brushes is adjustable and rotation direction can be set with (pile) or against (counterpile) the fabric path.
Special "DELTA-SYSTEM" (patent pending) plates (or rollers) placed between the sueding brushes allows to exploit the maximum drum contact surface while creating a spreading effect on the fabric in order to ensure a uniform sueding effect and avoid streaking.
